Covid Escape Hatch Round 6

Can we please stop for a moment and say god bless South Florida?  One more time, GOD BLESS SOUTH FLORIDA.  After hunting for a covid-free sanctuary for nearly a year, across 8 states and 20K miles in the car, I finally found a place where covid exists but life goes on: Miami & Key West!  So refreshing to see a different approach vs CA (jail).  At some point there will be analysis comparing covid deaths & hospitalizations as well as businesses closed.  Perhaps history will be kind to FL's approach.  We'll see.

Was fun to pop in on Slime and see him in his new habitat.  Gotta love Miami Beach, always hilarious.  And enjoyed the art deco walking tour - apparently the most art deco buildings of anywhere in the world.

Hit the nat'l parks including Everglades for airboat tour alligator sightings, Dry Tortugas which included a fun seaplane ride and Biscayne which was a total disaster of murky water snorkeling, a boat that broke down and getting hammered by freezing cold ocean water the entire 45 min boat ride back to shore.  

And got down to Key West too.  Fun to see a few old school bars which are exactly what you'd want them to be.  And to see Hemingway's KW home.  They love him down there.
