In The Ends

"We only want to be free. And as funny as it sounds it's all we want. To not have our egos bound with the rays of suns. Because man should be free as falling rain. To find what he loves even if it's pain" - The Growlers

Rindge Dam

One of the great things about California is you can spend a weekend morning eating oysters and drinking mimosas at a trendy restaurant in Santa Monica, and you can spend the afternoon doing one of the most dangerous hikes in the country.  The Rindge Dam is in the heart of Malibu near Pepperdine, but not on the radar for most people.  Built in 1924, it's a 100 ft dam no longer supported by the Cali Parks & Rec dept.  It's a great way to kill yourself if you're not paying attention!  A number of people have!

PEI & New Brunswick

It's Canada's 150 year anniversary of being Canada and jumped at the chance to keep going after Toronto to visit PEI and New Brunswick.  Played a private championship disc golf course on Hillcrest farm, family owned.  Visited Bay of Fundy, one of the widest variances in low tide to high tide (12 ft high) in the world.  And drove the Confederation Bridge to NB, one of the longest bridges over water in the world.

Solo travel - great during the day, not as great during the night.  But overall good!
