Another bucket list check with a visit to Esalen. What's not to like?  Amazing CA hippie culture history dating back to 1962, beautiful grounds next to the Pacific, co-ed nude hot tubs under the stars, workshops with names like "Connecting to your inner-net: Mindful practices for life and work" and morning breathing routines followed by interpretive dance as the sun comes up.  Happy bday D!
