For those of you looking for an easy snack at the office, I highly suggest almonds. Not only are they easy to eat and conceal (if you need to conceal them), but they are nutritious, filling, and tasty. And they aren't really all that expensive if you get them at Costco or a similar store. We ordered a bunch of them at Fox and Monique is all about them as well. Give them a try, you won't regret it.
