RT #8: Memphis & Oxford, Mississippi

Reunion Trip Test: If it looks like a RT, swims like a RT, and quacks like a RT, then it probably is a RT.   RT #8 baby!

 There were a couple minutes there when I was realizing we had made a big life jump since the last RT 1.5 years ago. And we have. A bun out of the oven, two buns in the oven, homes purchased, grad school completed & enrolled. And then we kicked it up a notch in true RT fashion with some serious boozing, an early tailgate departure and our first official RT arrest.  Oxford will do it to you.

Iowa City was great.  Amazing actually.  But tough to argue with the scene down in Oxford.

 I can't think of a time this year when I've actually been in pain from laughter, this trip being the exception. Parker & Gray's "Getchuckedup" song should be the new RT theme song, and I was happy for Bart and his headband that he won the ping pong tourney.

Unlike in years past, I was ready for the next RT the day after we got back.  Can't wait until RT #9, with the epic RT #10 in Iowa City waiting for us in 2015.

A great tradition.  Until next year fellas.
