Grandparents
My grandparents sent me a birthday card today. My grandpa wrote a note for me on the left side of the card. This is what it said:
Dear Marc,
You are at it. N.Y. could get you! You are doing the job!
Grandpa Jack
There are several things to note about this message from my grandpa. First of all, I have no clue what this means. Does my grandpa think I live in New York? What job am I doing? Am I doing a good job at the job? And what exactly am I at?
I think the best explanation for this message is mainly that my grandpa is getting older and is having a tough time keeping tabs on what I'm doing. That's completely understandable, I'm having a tough time keeping tabs on what I'm doing. It is also clear to me that my grandma was the driving force behind this letter because she wrote a nice long note on the right side. I'm sure she asked my grandpa to at least write a little something, even if it was brief......and eludes to the fact that I live in New York.
It means a lot to me that my grandparents send a card for my birthday. My grandparents had 10 kids and have 32 grandchildren. That's 42 birthdays a year to keep track of. They do an unbelieveable job, they've never missed my birthday. They are truly amazing people.
So no matter what kind of card they send, no matter what their message says, it always means a lot coming from them.

That is unbelievable how many birthdays they have to remember just from our family. I love our grandparents.
Scabies, you never cease to amaze me. You sir will go down in history as the biggest asshole we have ever known. Maybe the funniest too. Keep up the good work.
sorry paully but these were not two of the worst comments ever...it's called saying nice things, but if you want me to just make fun of everybody like you do, i could start that :)
